1. Where can I view my generated Reel?

You can download your video immediately after it’s created or share it on social media for viewing. We do not store AI-generated videos on our servers — they are automatically deleted within 1 hour after creation, download, or sharing.

2. Can I re-download the Reel later if I forget to save it?

Unfortunately, no. To protect your privacy, all generated Reels are permanently deleted after 1 hour and cannot be recovered. Please make sure to save your video as soon as it's generated.

3. Can I use my Reel for commercial purposes?

No. All Reels are created strictly for personal and entertainment use only. Commercial use, resale, or promotional distribution is not allowed without prior written permission.

4. What kind of media files can I upload to generate a Reel?

You can upload photos, selfies, short videos, or audio clips. Files must be clear, well-lit, and ideally show a front-facing view of your face. Uploaded media is only used for generating your Reel and is deleted after processing.

5. How long does it take to generate a Reel?

Most Reels are generated within 30 seconds to 2 minutes, depending on the complexity of the video and current server load. You’ll see a progress bar during the process — and once it’s done, your Reel will be ready to download or share instantly.
